JMC Maintenance was born on the eve of the new Millennium, with the help of funding and training from the Princes Trust.
From our humble beginnings we have gone from strength to strength, but remain a tightly knit family run business.
Today we are at the forefront in providing a dedicated Building Maintenance Service to all sectors.
Through our quality and dedication to service we have been able to maintain stability through very challenging financial times, continuously providing the same level of service to our well established client base.
Now based in offices in the Worsley area, we are ideally situated to serve the whole of the Manchester area, which includes the City Centre itself. With the added bonus of being close to the M60/M61 motorway network and the A580 this allows us to quickly access and serve the Liverpool and Leeds areas, along with their neighbours. Making us, not only a Manchester Maintenance Company, but a Northwest maintenance company.
Our current portfolio includes some of the country’s leading Management companies, who work in both the commercial and residential sectors as well as leading Cinema chains, Restaurant and Bars.In addition, more recently working alongside Loss Adjuster and Surveying Services on behalf of Insurance companies.
